The bulk of the role will involve finding, screening, recruiting new job applicants, employee orientations and compensation with opportunity for developing and refining systems. Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Drive Initiatives for Best practices, Performance management, employee engagement & Culture
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Provide guidance, coaching & mentoring to team members on employee relations & performance management
• Oversee ongoing & annual performance review and employee recognition systems while ensuring that performance management is an ongoing and effective process
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Establishing and managing recruitment and selection processes, conducting and analyzing exit interviews and recommending changes
• Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Retain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval
