We are looking to bring onboard a Senior General Accountant in the field of Accounting, based out of Renton, Washington, USA. The role involves performing a range of accounting and financial tasks, with a focus on Accounts Receivable (AR). You will be working in a team-oriented environment, interacting with various departments, and playing a critical role in the financial health of our organization. Responsibilities:• Handle intercompany transfers and aging reports related to Accounts Receivable (AR)• Carry out reconciliations and Cash Applications• Assist with the General Ledger (GL), ensuring accurate record-keeping• Take part in Month End, Quarterly, and Year End closing processes• Perform Balance Sheet and Bank Reconciliations regularly• Utilize your proficiency in Excel to perform various accounting tasks• Implement and maintain Inventory and Fixed Asset controls, including counts and audits• Ensure auditing controls are in place and adhered to• Work closely with a team of 7, interacting heavily with different departments• Utilize SAP software for a variety of accounting functions.
