Job Description for PostgreSQL Database Administrator
Full time database engineer, working as both development and Production Postgres DBA. The database engineer role seeks to
maximize uptime and performance of databases, utilize query proxies, connection caches, and other technologies as needed to
produce clean interfaces to work with (and protect) data, account management, backup and disaster recovery setups.
The Engineer works as a subject matter expert providing consultation to end-users and project team members on database management,
query development, system requirements and database change management initiatives and providing technical guidance to other DBAs.
