Monitors the SOC infrastructure and react on troubles. Analyses console messages, diagnoses system errors and remediates. Manage production incidents, problems, requests for change. Participates of the improvement plan for service efficiency.
Qualifications
Graduate/Diploma Engineer having 2/3 years of work experience handling SOC functions.
