Social Media Account Manager

Experience Required : 2 - 3 yrs Location : Andheri W, Mumbai We are looking for a talented Social media manager to administer social media accounts for our esteemed clients. As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Key Requirement / Responsibilities 2 - 3 years of communications experience, including at least 1-2 years in the digital practice of ad agency or PR agency, or in a digital agency or social media agency. Experience in creating and executing social media, community management, influencer relations, and integrated marketing programs for clients Presence to engage and present strategy to clients at a senior level. Active presence on social media, including personal blog, social networking and micro-blogging. Work with team members and partners to plan and implement strategic social media programs for clients. Manage 2-3 clients’ projects or retainers at any time with a dedicated team of 2-3 Account Executives. Manage client relationship, lead on planning and review meetings, and ensure that the team delivers as per client expectations. Work with the development team to ensure social media tools (for ex. FB connect, Sharing buttons, analytics tool) are kept up to date. Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties include online advocacy, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc. Manage presence in social networking sites including Face book, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.
