Qualifications & experience
2+ years of experience in content creation, performance marketing, or a related field, preferably within eCommerce.
Proficiency in basic video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro) and familiarity with social media platforms and tools.
Strong creative skills with a portfolio showcasing effective ad content and social media posts.
Ability to analyse content performance and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Tasks & responsibilities
Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Content Creation for Paid Advertising: Develop and execute high-quality content (images, videos, reels) specifically for paid ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to optimize ad performance.
Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement both organic and paid social media campaigns that align with business goals.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and questions, fostering a strong sense of community and engagement with our followers.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of social media content and paid ads, providing insights and recommendations to optimise strategy and drive ROI.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest social media and advertising trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring our content remains relevant and impactful.
Employee Generated Content: Be a key on-screen presence across all PuraU platforms to create fun, educational and relatable for content for our community
Basic Editing: Execute basic video edits while coordinating with our video editor for more complex tasks.
Collaboration: Partner with our creative coach to strategise and refine ad content that aligns with business objectives.
