Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with Fiso Group’s overall brand and business objectives.
Create, curate, and manage daily content (written, graphic, and video) across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Grow and engage the online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions.
Analyze social media performance using metrics and data to provide insights and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure content is aligned with campaigns and company goals.
Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and propose new ideas for content and engagement.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in social media management, digital content creation, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
Creativity and an understanding of how to create engaging and visually appealing content.
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands simultaneously.
Experience in reporting and analyzing social media metrics.
