Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
Plan, create, and post engaging content (reels, posts, stories, and campaigns).
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and content creators to produce high-quality visuals.
Track and analyze social media performance — improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
Stay updated with digital trends, viral content ideas, and new platform features.
Manage community engagement — respond to comments, messages, and maintain the brand tone.
Work closely with the marketing team to align all online activities with brand goals.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in Digital Marketing.
Deep understanding of content strategy, analytics, and social media algorithms.
Basic knowledge of graphic design & video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
Strong communication, creativity, and trend awareness.
Experience with Meta Ads or influencer collaborations is a plus.
