Role Overview: Based in our Christchurch city office, we seek a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Performance Marketer with strong analytical skills to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker passionate about, social media trends. You will be engaging with followers and influencers to foster a sense of community on social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
Customer service support: Monitor, listen, and respond to users on social and email in a way that encourages a positive community.
Social Media Organic: Manage our social media accounts, taking responsibility for regular posting.
Social Media Paid: Implement, and manage new strategies across our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest)
Ambassador Program Management: Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach and engagement.
Google Ads Optimisation: Monitor and analyse, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Budget Management: Manage budgeting for various social accounts and paid advertising.
Marketing Support: Support the Digital Marketing Coordinator in executing social media campaigns.
Platform Optimisation: Suggest scripts & ideas based on learnings from Social & Analytics.
Skills & Experience:
2 - 3 years of social media management experience in a similar role.
Proven experience with day-to-day social management including content creation, community management and a comprehensive knowledge of the platforms.
Strong understanding of current social media platforms, tools, and trends.
Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Good grasp of fundamental SEO.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Adaptable to changing priorities.
Knowledge of skincare/beauty industry trends is a plus.
