Content Creator – Olli The Label
Location- Reservoir, Vic (Office based role)
Casual- 3 month contract
Hours- 1.5 days per week (Approx 10 hours)
Pay- $32 per hour + super
3 month contract
This role will begin as a 3-month contract, with the potential to transition into an ongoing/permanent position for the right candidate.
About the Role
Olli The Label is a growing waterproof dog accessory brand, and we’re looking for a Content Creator to help bring our products and lifestyle to life across social media.
This is a hands-on role creating short-form video content (Reels & TikTok) that showcases both our products and real, everyday moments with dogs.
You’ll be filming in outdoor environments like beaches, parks, and walking trails — capturing authentic, engaging content that feels natural, not staged.
Key Responsibilities
Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok)
Showcase Olli products in real-life environments
Capture product features (waterproof, durable, easy to clean) in a natural way
Film dogs in motion (group walks, play, outdoor settings)
Produce behind-the-scenes content of day-to-day operations
Contribute content ideas and creative direction
Deliver content consistently and on schedule
About You
Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar
Experience creating paid ad content
Strong filming and editing skills
Ability to create engaging, natural-feeling content
Comfortable working outdoors and filming fast-moving dogs
Strong understanding of social media trends and storytelling
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to take initiative
Desired (but not essential)
Facebook ads manager experience
Own equipment (camera or high-quality iPhone setup)
