Job Description
We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As our Social Media Manager and Content Creator, you will be an integral part of our business team, responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our brand's voice and objectives. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and engaging our target audience through various social media platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing compelling marketing collateral such as mailers, short messages and other promotional materials to support our marketing efforts. You will manage and curate content across all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. You will oversee various digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and more. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Solid understanding of various social media platforms, their respective demographics, and best practices. Proficiency in content creation tools and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.). Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and engaging content ideas. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and social media advertising is a plus.
