We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes content, trends, and digital storytelling. This role goes beyond scheduling posts — it’s about shaping brand voice, launching campaigns, managing creator partnerships, and building communities across platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the social media presence of in-house brands (automotive, lifestyle, tech).
Develop monthly content calendars, campaign ideas, and engagement strategies.
Ideate and produce creative formats (reels, carousels, memes, stories, posts).
Coordinate with designers and video editors to bring content ideas to life.
Execute influencer campaigns, collaborations, and creator outreach.
Track content performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) and platforms like Canva, CapCut, Notion for productivity and content generation.
Provide weekly reports on social growth, performance, and next-step strategies.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in social media/content marketing.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
Well-versed with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) trends.
Familiarity with design/video tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot.
Able to independently manage campaigns and coordinate with internal teams.
Bonus: Passion for cars, bikes, or the detailing industry.
