Salary:
Senior Position: Up to ₹40,000/month
Junior Position: Up to ₹20,000/month
Position 1: Senior Social Media Expert
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic social media plans across platforms with a strong focus on LinkedIn marketing
Manage content calendar, supervise creatives, and ensure timely posting
Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results
Lead online branding and engagement initiatives
Collaborate with design, content, and leadership teams
Mentor and guide junior team members
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management
Expertise in LinkedIn and B2B digital communication
Strong knowledge of social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Leadership mindset and analytical approach
Position 2: Junior Social Media Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day content creation, posting, and scheduling
Engage with audience through comments, messages, and polls
Support senior team in campaign execution and reporting
Stay updated with trends and competitor activities
Help in designing posts using tools like Canva
Requirements:
0–1 year of experience (internships included)
Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Familiarity with content creation tools
Creative and proactive attitude
Good organizational and communication skills
