What You’ll Do
Create Standout Content: Craft engaging social posts, stories, and updates that capture attention and drive conversation, highlighting key services, promotions, and updates.
Visual Storytelling: Source, edit, and design compelling graphics and photos that bring our clients’ brands to life.
Promotional Strategy: Refresh monthly promotions to keep content relevant, timely, and buzzworthy.
Profile Management: Optimize client profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business to maximize reach and engagement.
Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to spot trends, refine strategies, and increase engagement.
Calendar Coordination: Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar that supports consistent, impactful content.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with content, SEO, and design teams to amplify client messaging and drive results.
What We’re Looking For
A creative, positive, and detail-oriented approach with a passion for storytelling.
2–3+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing—agency or brand-side.
Proficiency in consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication.
Demonstrated experience with major social media platforms and familiarity with AI, scheduling and analytics tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience with vertical video creation (e.g., Reels, TikTok) is an asset.
A customer-focused mindset and an eagerness to learn and grow on a dynamic team.
Degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Journalism, or English.
