The social media and Digital Marketing Expert will be responsible for the entire original text and video content, managing post, s and responding to the followers. You will be responsible for growing our company to reach maximum audience and attract more followers. Responsibilities • Strategies for new digital marketing and social media campaigns to drive company growth in India, Europe, the US, and Dubai. • Develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals. • Develop digital marketing campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals. • Submit weekly reports on the social and digital work undertaken & the audience reach. • Develop monthly reports on emerging social media and digital marketing trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams. • Monitor the company's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users. • Create methods for finding and saving online customer reviews. • Analyze the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan. • Be creative in designing social media posts and content. • Make weekly social media plans and schedule them accordingly. • Submit to management for sign-off approval & always ensure your work is on brand. • Plan and coordinate different activities within the organization and showcase life Solutions on social media. • Content writing for internal corporate communication and good content writing skills focused on the pharma industry. • Coordination with vendors to get the job done on time. Skills Required • Minimum experience of 3-4 years in content writing, social media, and digital marketing. • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Tech. • Exceptional multi-tasking skills. • Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way. • Excellent communication skills. • Experience with Google Analytics and social media KPI measurement and reporting. • Instagram, LinkedIn tools, Slack, glass door, and other marketing platforms
