Bizyocon KZ Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and handle all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals
• Create engaging content including captions, posts, stories, reels, and campaign creatives
• Schedule and publish posts as per content calendar
• Monitor comments, messages, and respond in a timely manner
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams for campaigns and promotions
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
• Stay updated with latest social media trends and platform updates
• Manage influencer collaborations and brand promotions
• Support paid social media campaigns if required
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in social media management
• Strong communication and content writing skills
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn algorithms
• Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and analytics
• Creative mindset with good visual sense
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Preferred Skills
• Experience in running paid ad campaigns
• Basic video editing skills
• Knowledge of influencer marketing

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,674.68 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
