Job Description
We are looking for someone focused, ambitious and dedicated to join our all-women team for the next phase of growth who will join the company for a long term.
• Analyze customer expectations, requirements and develop social media posts accordingly
• Create, implement and execute content ideas with the design team
• Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management, content developers, vendors and collaborators
• Regular posting and creation of amplification plans
• Monitor posts, analyze data obtained and develop monthly reports
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Requirements
• Relevant experience of minimum 1 year in social media management - someone with an agency background will be preferred!
• Intermediate knowledge of content writing, ideation & design tools
• Team & time management skills
• Exceptional problem solving & multitasking skills
• Talent for creativity & excellent writing capabilities
