Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Social Media Executive. The Social Media Executive is responsible for creating, managing, and executing social media strategies and campaigns, as well as analyzing and optimizing social media presence. The Social Media Executive should have creative skills to develop original content and the ability to collaborate with the design team in creating eye-catching visuals.
Requirements:
• Strong creative and visual skills to develop compelling content, including graphics, videos and copywriting.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva can be a significant advantage.
• Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and setting measurable targets.
• Creating visually appealing and engaging content, including images, videos, and copy, that aligns with brand aesthetics and values.
• Scheduling and publishing content across various social media platforms.
• Community Management on various platforms.
• Identifying and collaborating with relevant beauty influencers and bloggers to promote the brand's products.
• Finding & managing influencer relationships, contracts, and campaigns.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing
• Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Experience in crafting and executing on social media campaigns and content
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, or a related field
• Knowledge of video and photo editing software is a plus
• Experience in a beauty or fashion industry is preferred
