Social Media Executive

Main Responsibilities:

 Planning and creating monthly social media calendars and activities for brands
 Managing social media accounts for clients.
 Preparing communication plans for new clients
 Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor
customer reviews
 Conceptualizing and writing the content and copy
 Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions
and competitions
 Keeping abreast of social media trends and tools, and applying relevant ones to
clients
 Briefing the designers on the graphics and ensuring they are as per the client’s
expectations
 Establish performance benchmarks of social media campaigns and measurement
methodology.
 Provide tracking and metrics to communicate and validate the effectiveness of
campaigns
 Set specific objectives and report on ROI

Required expertise:

 A degree in Bachelors/Masters of Arts, Mass Communication or Marketing will be an
advantage
 Good team working and interpersonal skills
 Strong leadership skills and delegation abilities
 Hands-on experience in content management
 Excellent communication and copywriting skills
 Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
 Knowledge of online marketing channels
 Familiarity with web design
 Analytical and multitasking skills

Experience:

 2 to 4 years agency experience a must

Remuneration:
Upto 420,000/- per annum (purely based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,321.2+ - ₹20,672.62 per month
