Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across various platforms. You will play a crucial role in creating compelling content, managing social media accounts, monitoring performance, and engaging with our online community.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and reach across relevant social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

· Create compelling and relevant content for social media channels, including text, image, and video-based posts, ensuring consistency with brand voice, style, and guidelines.

· Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content in a timely and professional manner.

· Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to identify new opportunities for engagement and audience growth.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, creative, and customer service, to gather information, align strategies, and coordinate social media campaigns and promotions.

· Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports and insights to optimize future strategies.

· Communicate with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, building relationships, and fostering a positive and interactive social media presence.

· Collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and other relevant partners to expand brand reach, enhance content creation, and drive collaborative campaigns.

· Monitor and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking, to maximize return on investment and campaign objectives.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (equivalent experience will also be considered).

· Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content.

· In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

· Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content scheduling tools.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content tailored to different social media platforms and audiences.

· Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to create eye-catching visuals, graphics, and videos.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.

· Experience in social media advertising, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking, is desirable.
