Profile: Social Media Executive (Fresher)
Work type: Full Time
Location: Lokhandwala, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Experience: Minimum 0 to 2 Years
Compensation: 1.8 to 2.4 LPA(Will vary according to candidates)
Responsibilities
Work with clients and the team, to create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing and advertising campaigns, and research top influencers, competitors, and trends in client industries.
Handle & optimize all the social channels of respective clients, (ex. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, and Youtube)
Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities.
Creating Social Media Marketing Strategy & Deployment to achieve the client’s objective
Analyzing the data and preparing a strategic plan for growth activities for the company’s & Client's social media accounts.
Creating Content Calendar, Ideating & creating content for the Client’s & company’s social media platforms.
Handling Client Communication to ensure client satisfaction throughout the Project
Monthly Reporting to clients to measure the performance as per the objective.
Desired Skills
Understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
Familiar with the Latest Social Media Marketing Activities to achieve Marketing Objectives
Having Hands-on Experience with Social Media Marketing Tools like Creator Studio, SEMRush, Hootsuite, etc.
Having strategic thinking to achieve desired Social Media Marketing Objective
Strong Presentation Skills to deliver MOM Reports
Few Cherries on the cake: Research skills, Design Test & willingness to think out of the box for the client
Able to work with a dynamic team & lead the team to achieve goals for the client
