Role: Social Media Executive
Company: ENSEMBLE
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience
Reports to: Content Marketing Manager in Mumbai
Type: Full-time
Location: Kala Ghoda, Mumbai
POSITION SUMMARY
The Social Media Executive will be part of the ENSEMBLE Content team and will be responsible for end-to-end content production and execution of visual content for its social media channels (Instagram and YouTube).
Responsibilities:
● Strategies for growth and engagement of ENSEMBLE’s Instagram and YouTube channels
● Plan and execute the calendar for ENSEMBLE’s social media handle(s)
● Photograph creative and visually compelling visual merchandising imagery from ENSEMBLE’s Kala Ghoda & Santacruz stores
● Use current designer campaigns, celebrity photos, e-commerce images on social to enhance and keep the grid relevant
● Write engaging captions for ENSEMBLE’s social media channel(s)
● Act as an ENSEMBLE Ambassador on Reels and Shorts when needed (should be comfortable in front of the camera)
● Liaise with the in-house video team for cross-platform video production
● Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with the store, merchandising, designer, and stock teams
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Photography, Communications or related field
● Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Proficiency with all social media platforms (with a core focus on Instagram)
● Experience with social media execution
● Creativity and the ability to execute original content
