Job Description:
As insurancepe's Social Media Expert, you will:
• Create content based on weekly/monthly content on the company blog.
• Write and design fun, humorous and engaging social media posts with inputs from the team.
• Come up with creative ideas for brand awareness and digital marketing using social media.
• Administer social media accounts, manage social media calendar and posting.
• Engage with followers/ potential customers on the company's social media pages
• Stay up-to-date with latest digital technologies, content writing and social media trends.
• Brainstorm with the team to develop new social media strategies and campaigns.
• Brainstorm engagement activities (engaging reels and story ideas) to attract a wider user base for all social media handles.
• Writing copy for various advertising platforms.
• Ensuring that the brand message is constant from the terminology and themes used.
• Evaluate social media statistics and customer feedback across multiple platforms, and come up with recommendations for improvement.
• Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network.
Skills:
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, analytical tools and digital marketing.
• Excellent copywriting and content writing skills
• Track record of managing social media pages, increasing followers & engagement, and brand awareness.
• Highly Creative with the ability to translate insurance material into fun and engaging content.
• Excellent communication skills; Fluent in: English, (Telugu and/or Hindi)
• Skilled with Canva (other design softwares are a plus)
• Skilled with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate social media statistics and customer feedback across multiple platforms, and come up with recommendations for improvement.
• Leadership - Ability to build a team, train and motivate team members
• Ability to undertake projects with minimal supervision
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Certification in Digital Marketing preferred
• 6 months to 2 years of experience with social media and creative software and tools.
