Role Overview:

The Social Media & Graphics (Intern) will play a key role in expanding Konaction’s visibility and engagement across social media platforms. The intern will be responsible for creating, posting, and maintaining quality content for all the Social media platforms. This role requires a proactive and artistic approach to content creation, backed by research into industry trends and competitor strategies. The goal is to boost our follower base and create meaningful engagement through strategic content. The intern is also expected to design the necessary graphics on Figma, Adobe Photoshop, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation & Posting: Regularly post high-quality, creative content on all the Social Media platforms using ideas and resources provided by the company.
• Social Media Strategy: Research, ideate, and develop social media content strategies by analyzing content trends from established businesses in the industry.
• Page Management: Maintain Konaction’s social media pages, ensuring that content is fresh, engaging, and aligns with our brand message.
• Engagement: Increase followers, boost online presence, and engage with audiences by responding to comments, liking posts, and encouraging interactions.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and report on content performance to optimize future posts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Konaction team to ensure content consistency and alignment with the company’s goals.
• Follower Growth: Devise strategies to organically grow the social media audience on both platforms.
• Graphic Designing: The intern will be required to also design the 2D & 3D graphics as & when needed.

Requirements:
• Creative Mindset: Strong ability to generate creative content ideas using the existing resources and transform them into engaging social media posts.
• Proficiency with Design Tools: Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) for creating visually appealing posts.
• Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with best practices for LinkedIn and Instagram, with an eye for effective content strategies.
• Self-Driven: Able to work independently from home and manage time effectively.
• Basic Knowledge of Analytics: Ability to track and report performance metrics such as engagement rates and follower growth.
• Laptop & Remote Work Setup: Must have a personal laptop and internet access for remote work.
• Graphic Designing: The intern will be required to also design the 2D & 3D graphics as & when needed.

Preferred (but not mandatory):
• Prior experience managing social media accounts for a brand, company, or personal project.
• Prior experience of creating 2D or 3D graphics & videos.
• Understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics).
• Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.

What We Offer:
• Fixed Stipend: INR 4,000 per month for the 3-month duration. Increased stipend also possible based on interview or skillsets.
• Completion Certificate: A formal internship completion certificate on Konaction’s company letterhead.
• Performance Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives on top of the fixed stipend for those exceeding expectations.
• Future Opportunities: Based on the intern’s impact, we may offer a full-time role as a Social Media Manager upon successful completion of the internship.
