Social Media Intern
Fixed-Term Contract: 6 Months
At PURE Spa & Beauty, we deliver more than treatments – we offer a sustainable wellness lifestyle. As a Social Media Intern, you’ll help bring the PURE brand to life across our entire spa network.
This is a creative, people-facing role, perfect for someone at university or looking to develop their social flair and confidence. You’ll support engagement across the business by working closely with spa teams, capturing authentic content, and helping shape how PURE shows up online – while also being present on the front desk to welcome clients and actively support sales.
This role plays a key part in driving in-spa revenue, with a strong focus on retail, memberships, courses, and thoughtful upselling, alongside social media and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities -
Drive Social Media Engagement Across the Business
Create engaging photo and video content across multiple PURE locations
Support posting and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
Help grow reach, interaction, and brand awareness across the spa network
Spot trends and opportunities aligned to the PURE brand and values
Showcase our commitment to wellness, sustainability, and conscious product choices
Assist with content planning, campaigns, and seasonal launches
Work With Spa Teams
Collaborate with therapists, managers, and reception teams to capture authentic content
Help teams feel confident being featured on social media
Act as a link between Head Office and spa teams for social engagement
Front Desk & Sales Focus
Greet clients warmly and professionally
Support check-ins, bookings, payments, and diary queries
Actively prioritise in-spa sales, including retail, memberships, courses, and upsells
Confidently recommend products and treatments aligned to client needs
Participate in the PURE commission scheme, rewarding strong sales performance
Support Brand & Campaign Activity
Assist with promotions, memberships, and in-spa campaigns
Support events, launches, and special brand moments
Ensure messaging is consistent, on-brand, and sustainability-led

A strong interest in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
Confident, friendly, and comfortable engaging with clients
Commercially aware, with an interest in sales and performance
Creative, organised, and reliable
Comfortable using social platforms and basic editing tools
