Social Media Intern Role:
As a Social Media Intern at Trakky, you will work closely with the marketing team to assist in managing and growing our social media presence across multiple platforms. You will gain hands-on experience in content creation, community engagement, and social media strategy implementation, while learning valuable skills in digital marketing and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in Content Creation: Help create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, and videos) for Trakky’s social media platforms.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and interact with followers on various social media channels to maintain a positive online community.
Social Media Monitoring: Track social media trends and monitor our brand’s performance on different platforms.
Support Campaigns: Assist in executing social media campaigns, contests, and giveaways to increase brand awareness.
Analytics and Reporting: Help with analyzing social media metrics and prepare reports to evaluate campaign performance.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure that social media strategies align with overall marketing goals.
Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills:
Basic understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Creative writing and content creation skills.
Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics) is a plus.
Interest in digital marketing and social media trends.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
