About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager (Hybrid) to build our brand presence and engage with our growing community of food enthusiasts. As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms, creating compelling content, and fostering meaningful interactions with our audience. This role requires a passion for food, a strong understanding of social media trends, content shooting experience and know-how and the ability to tell our brand story in a captivating way. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand goals. 2. Create engaging and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, stories, and written posts. 3. Manage and maintain our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and others as needed. 4. Build and nurture our online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and running contests and giveaways. 5. Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. 6. Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and measure ROI. 7. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. 8. Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social media channels. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Excellent content creation skills, including writing, photography, and videography. Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content. Passion for food and a genuine interest in our brand. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
