Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Manager to plan, execute,
and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate
understands brand voice, audience engagement, analytics, and trends, and can manage
both organic and campaign-driven content.

Experience: 3 – 5 years

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client and company goals
Manage day-to-day posting across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook,
X (Twitter), and others as relevant
Create content calendars, captions, and briefs for creatives (static, reels, videos,
carousels)
Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
Collaborate with design, performance marketing, and content teams
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions,
growth)
Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery of content
Support social media campaigns, launches, and promotion
Required Skills:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management (agency experience
preferred)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
Basic understanding of paid social campaigns is a plus
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience working with multiple brands or clients
Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations
Basic video editing or content creation skills
Familiarity with performance metrics and ROI tracking
