Key Tasks: 1. Client Management: Day-to-day communication, Weekly/ monthly reporting 2. Team Management: Training interns and managing relevant overall functions 3. Social Media for clients: i. Reputation Management ii. Social Media Marketing {content creation & posting, Influencer marketing} iii. Competitive analysis {Overall digital marketing report} 4. Marketing automation iv. SMS, WhatsApp & Email Marketing Job Description: ● Work closely with designers and executives on various social media platforms and come up with exciting strategies and campaigns. ● Guide and project ideas and have posts and stories created. ● Follow trends and create content in sync with what is important situationally. ● Perform hashtags research and use hashtags accordingly to increase the reach ● Create email templates for marketing communications ● Basic Canva designing for stories or whenever needed. What are we looking for in you? ● 2+ years of experience in content marketing and social media ● Basic marketing relate design knowledge ● Strong creativity, content writing, and innovation are a must ● Should have a good understanding of email marketing ● Good communication and interpersonal skills ● Strong with Microsoft tools such as Excel and Word ● Should possess leadership skills and should be able to motivate others ● Should have managed social media pages in the past and have shown significant growth
