The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.
JOB LOCATION: LUCKNOW- Work From Office only
Work across internal teams to develop content and media plans, drive experimentation and create long-term plans, build mechanisms to take inputs from category teams and build a content calendar; have the relevant content chops (visual and copy) to engage an online audience and build saliency for the category.
Job responsibilities :
- Work with internal creative team/ external agency to develop social media content to drive traffic and generate consideration in the fashion category.
- Set an experimentation calendar and test hypotheses around the optimal content Writing & strategy.
- Must-Have Good knowledge of Meta Ads, Ads manager & Google Ads.
- Work with internal teams/ external agencies to boost posts and track success metrics.
- Analyze and report performance to quantify the effectiveness of campaigns and drive scalable learnings.
- Present strategy, learnings and recommendations to senior leadership via meetings and document writing
- Work closely with brands to create content for social media and influencers

Qualifications
• Proficiency in social media platforms
• Proficiency in Ads Platforms and all different types of ads.
• Have an Experienced background
• Have a handful of knowledge of the latest trends and skills to outperform an ad campaign

• Salary: 15,000 to 21,000/- Depending on the expertise and experience
