Job Description
Chokas Media is looking for a Social Media Expert who has expertise on various platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc. The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.
As a Social media specialist, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Updating all social media platforms with our upcoming releases or new updates.
• Uploading content to Facebook Pages, YouTube Channels, and other platforms.
• Use your technical skills to boost posts, and videos to reach your weekly target.
• Handle all social media queries and redirect those queries to your business head.
• Planning and scheduling Indian regional festival releases on Social Media.
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
• Collaborate with other team members to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook/YouTube timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
Skills & Requirements:
• Proven working experience in the social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
• Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Hands-on experience in content management
Timings: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
• Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
