Details about the position: Position Social Media Manager
Location Borivali (West)
Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency. Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels. Work with brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly. Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience. Responsible for setting up performance marketing ads. Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others. Developing and managing the brands social media identity. Managing a social media content calendar. Increasing social media engagement across platforms. Building and moderating social media communities by responding to comments and keeping members engaged. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)like link clicks, likes, and other metricsof social media marketing campaigns. Monitoring and analyzing trends and competitor performance. Collaborating with agencies and influencers(Influencer Marketing) to improve brand awareness.
