Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern for Spokken Community
Job Type: Internship
Location: Hybrid - Bangalore
Duration: 3-6 months
About Spokken Community:
Spokken Community is an activity based live interactive learning platform for English language learners. We offer a variety of tools and resources to help users improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. We are now looking for a social media specialist intern to help us expand our social media presence and engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to promote Spokken Community and engage with our target audience.
• Create engaging social media content (e.g. posts, stories, videos) for various platforms (e.g. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices and suggest new strategies to improve social media engagement.
• Respond to user inquiries and feedback on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with community team to develop and implement social media campaigns that align with overall marketing goals.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to social media management, such as scheduling posts and maintaining records of social media metrics.
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
