We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies for our clients, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the client's objectives and target audience.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast) on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others as needed.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop content that is visually appealing and resonates with the target audience.
• Monitor and engage in social media conversations relevant to the brand.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and ad creation.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, provide regular reports to the clients, and make recommendations for improvements based on data insights.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously optimize the social media strategy.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, its algorithms, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create compelling content and manage multiple social media accounts.
• Experience with paid social media campaigns, including budget management and ad creation.
• Proven track record of delivering successful social media campaigns that meet or exceed client's objectives.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
