About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager Social Media to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns, analyzing social media data, and working with our clients to develop effective social media strategies. This role reports to the Social Media Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Create engaging and creative social media content in various formats, such as images, videos, and GIFs
• Monitor social media platforms to identify opportunities for engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Analyze social media data and provide insights to clients on campaign performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, strategy, and account management to ensure campaign goals are met
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
• Assist in managing social media budgets and timelines
• Participate in client meetings and presentations
Requirements:
• Experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
