Job Title: Social Media Manager for BlushBee Organic Beauty
Location: Chennai, India (Office-based)
BlushBee Organic Beauty is a vegan cosmetic company committed to providing its customers with high-quality, cruelty-free, and organic beauty products. We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and help us expand our brand's reach on various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute BlushBee's social media strategy across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, and Pinterest.
- Create engaging and informative content including graphics, videos, reels, and written posts that align with our brand's values and voice.
- Manage and grow BlushBee's social media following and engagement through the strategic use of hashtags, collaborations, and influencer partnerships.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of our social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and bring innovative ideas to the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- A deep understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Proficiency in social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for veganism, sustainability, and organic beauty products.
Female candidates are preferred for this role. Candidates in and around areas like OMR, Adyar, and Velachery are preferred due to shorter distances.
