• Create and publish engaging content, including text, image, and video content.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
• Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies.
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure social media strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
