We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team and drive our brand's presence across various social media platforms.
Position Overview:
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, creating captivating content, and fostering meaningful connections with our audience. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's digital presence while maintaining the luxury brand image that we're known for.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with our brand's goals and values.
• Create engaging and visually stunning content that resonates with our target audience across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and more.
• Manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule and alignment with brand campaigns and product launches.
• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks to stay ahead of the curve and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and aesthetic across all channels.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around our brand.
• Analyze social media performance using data and insights, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize engagement and reach.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and trends to continuously innovate and improve our digital presence.
Core skills
● Knowledgeable on principles, practices, and techniques of marketing strategies.Excellent strategic
thinker, able to develop big-picture strategies and develop marketing and advertising plans that
align with a brand’s goals and objectives
● Coordination between teams involved in various works coming together to create/realize a
marketing plan
● Experience in analyzing data
● Budget and cost analysis experience
● Excellent knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
● Experience running large-scope projects with cross-over departments and large teams
● Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Luxury Industry like Fashion / Watch & Jewels/ Automobile / HotelIndustry / Media Background
● Male / Female with a Creative edge
● To be stationed in Jaipur and open to extensive traveling to meet architects and industry
professionals.
● Should be skilled at communicating with clients and creative teams through presentations,
compelling copy, detailed strategy documents and able to clearly explain the reasoning
behind strategic decisions.
● Skilled enough to single-handedly manage marketing & communication team
Should have a very good understanding of Luxury Industry & Client Behavior
Play an active role in content creation, organizing events and exhibitions.
