Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our marketing team at Droame. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker and is passionate about social media. The candidate should be capable of developing and executing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand's online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, and engagement.
• Create and curate engaging content across various social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
• Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely posting schedule.
• Monitor social media analytics, track key performance metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in social media algorithms to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers and engage with the online community.
• Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and targeting.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
