Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled YouTube Growth Strategist and Social Media Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase our YouTube channel's growth and engagement, as well as managing our social media presence across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to increase our YouTube channel's growth and engagement.
Conduct keyword research and optimize YouTube videos for SEO.
Monitor and analyse YouTube analytics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Manage the company's social media presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
Create and curate content for social media channels, including graphics, videos, and written content.
Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
Work with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and YouTube marketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management, YouTube growth strategy, and digital marketing.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of YouTube analytics and SEO.
Experience creating and curating content for social media channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite etc.
Experience with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, is a plus.
