RedStone’s RED token was launched in March 2026, and is listed on Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Bithumb, ByBit and other leading exchanges. We are well funded, already established our position on the market, now scaling the team to become the leading cross-chain oracle protocol in the blockchain ecosystem.
???? The team
We are a result-oriented team of 40 top-class players with experience in both traditional Software companies (like Google) and Blockchain projects (like Open Zepelin or UMA) with top-class engineers, many of who hold PhDs.
As our first internal full-time designer, you'll lead all our external visual presence across social media and other platforms. Your work will directly shape how RedStone is perceived in the fast-moving blockchain space, giving you significant influence on our overall brand identity.
We are a high performing team with a flat organizational structure that upholds key values: accountability, transparency, high ownership, pragmatic & obsessed with users, a passion for learning, collaboration and passion.
???? What You’ll Do
TL;DR -> Building our web3 mindshare, working closely with the marketing and Sales team to create strong Marketing support for Sales activities, building brand awareness, creating engaging and followable content on Twitter, Discord, Telegram.
• Create and execute marketing & brand awareness content for RedStone using multiple channels like Twitter and LinkedIn;
• Write, edit, publish and share engaging short form content daily on company channels like Twitter (e.g. posts, photos, videos and news);
• Conceptualize, research and write provoking and engaging longer form content based on industry trends and news;
• Be a terminally online reply-guy, always engaging with our audience and KOLs;
• Brief, edit or create simple graphic designs for our channels;
• Edit and publish short videos across our channels;
• Stay on top of analytics, mine them for insights and refine your content strategy based on the data;
• Support ecosystem marketing with our Partners - some of the most prominent companies in the space;
• Develop and implement creative activities, marketing, methodologies and processes to drive overall ecosystem excellence, like AMAs, Twitter Spaces and Podcasts;
• Lead educational and community initiatives to grow RedStone’s users and network participants like RedStone use cases descriptions;
• Work with external product, business, marketing and community teams to build a thriving ecosystem;
⚙️ Skills You’ll Need
• A strong work ethic;
• A natural talent for hacking mindshare;
• At least 1-3 years of experience in marketing / social media management, preferably full-time in crypto;
• Proven ability to grow organic following on social channels, either for yourself or a brand;
• Crypto native;
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with attention to detail;
• Familiarity with graphic design applications like Figma;
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate efforts and operations between many stakeholders;
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and remote team
• Fluency in written and spoken English C1/C2 (ideally native)
• Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills;
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills;

• You're already a KOL with an established personal account & substantial following;
• Leadership abilities and a self-starter, with proven experience managing projects and/or other planning-related duties;
