Responsibilities:
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide meaningful feedback
Proven expertise in creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test scenarios
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
Manage various QA activities including regression, performance, stress, load testing
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products
Liaise with internal teams for integration and software delivery activities
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
Proven work experience in software development and quality assurance
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Strong expertise in automation technologies such as BDD, TDD, UI
Actively identifying areas of improvement and documenting and engaging the relevant areas and teams for discussion and potential inclusion in any future product development
Researching issues in software through testing, keeping updated with the latest industry developments.
Proven expertise on CI / CD / CT implementation and management though tools such as openshift, dockers, Kubernetes
Ability to manage and maintain various Test environments
Proven expertise in Agile software development especially Scrum and Kanban
Technical Skills – Java, Selenium, Maven, Jmeter, Appdynamics, ELK, Eclipse, Bitbucket, JIRA, Jama, Confluence
Proven experience in people management and performance evaluation
Nice to have:
Experience with security testing is a plus
Experience in Payment industry / e-commerce application is a plus
Experience in Micro service architecture is a plus
Experience in payment domain or payment product development is a plus
