Job Posting : Social Media Manager (Contract)
We’re seeking a Social Media Manager on a 3-month contract (with potential for extension) to grow and engage the online community for Datebook AI ! This is a unique opportunity for a creative storyteller who thrives in both the digital and real-world environments, creating impactful social media content and engaging with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities : Social Media Management :
• Manage and grow Datebook AI’s presence across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, , YouTube, etc.).
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality content, including reels, stories, posts, and graphics, that align with our brand identity and message.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy and content plan for impactful and consistent communication.
Video Creation and Engagement :
• Plan and execute video shoots in public settings like malls, theaters, concerts, or events while maintaining company guidelines.
• Conduct in-person interviews in public spaces and produce engaging, audience-focused videos.
• Create and edit both animated and real-life videos, tailoring content to platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Campaign Management :
• Choose advertising goals and set up targeted campaigns (conversions, traffic, messages, lead generation, etc.).
• Monitor, track, and optimize the effectiveness of campaigns using data and analytics tools .
• Regularly adjust campaign settings based on performance to achieve desired results.
Community Engagement :
• Actively engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a vibrant, interactive community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, product launches, and promotions to maximize impact.
• Maintain consistent brand voice across all communications.
Reporting and Optimization :
Provide actionable insights and reports on social media performance to continuously improve efforts.
Requirements :
• Plan and execute video shoots in public settings like malls, theaters, concerts, or events while maintaining company guidelines.
• Proven experience managing social media for a brand or organization.
• Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of social media trends , algorithms, and best practices.
• Ability to plan, execute, and optimize video shoots, including in-person interviews in public locations.
• Familiarity with creating animated and real-life video content.
• Experience with setting up and managing paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with AI, tech, or the dating industry is a bonus!
