The objective of this document is to provide a summary of the job description for any candidate intending to work within the role of Social Media Executive.
DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate will oversee the presence of our clients on a multitude of public platforms. The social media executive should create gripping content, analyze public feedback, and report on the effects of each key undertaking.
EXPERIENCE:
● You could be a fresher and have some internship experience in Social media at an agency or with a brand.
● Experience should entail running multiple social media campaigns for customer engagement, customer acquisition & retention.
● Good knowledge of all leading social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin, including their algorithms.
● Have experience in running ads on Facebook Business manager.
● Have experience in running ads on Google Adwords
● Have experience in operating on Google Analytics platform
IDEAL CANDIDATE BACKGROUND:
● Immediate relevant experience at a company/agency, specifically in social media marketing.
● Have proven experience of managing B2B and B2C campaigns.
● A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar.
● Very good English-speaking & writing skills.
● Excellent proficiency with MS Excel / Google Sheets.
● Based in Mumbai.
REPORTING:
You will be reporting to CEO & Chief Experience Officer

In this role, you will support the marketing team on multiple client and prospect
accounts by executing social media campaigns.
● Developing engaging social media strategies.
● Managing the social media platforms of the clients.
● Scheduling social media posts.
● Engaging followers with regular company updates.
● Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention.
● Overseeing Social Media teamwork.
● Responding to comments on social media on time.
● Creating paid social media campaigns for advertising.
● Monitoring social media metrics and ROI.
● Analyzing social media trends.
● Preparing social media engagement and activities reports.
● Optimizing social media content effectively.
● Coordinating with Graphic Designer and other team members.
● Staying up to date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals.
