Job Overview: The community manager is responsible for building and maintaining the brand's community - both online and offline -and public perception. The job requires engaging audiences on a variety of outlets including online forums, social media platforms, in-person groups, and more to reach all audiences where they are.
Responsibilities and Duties:
-Designing and Executing community outreach programs to boost brand awareness - online as well as offline
-Set, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies --Create engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts
-Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, and journalists
-Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate majoring in Mass Communication/ Marketing 1-2 Years Experience
Skills:
Working understanding of business
Build productive, professional relationships both internally and externally
Photography and videography
Excellent communication skills
Use critical-thinking skills to reach objective conclusions
Ability to make decisions under pressure
Driven to achieve excellence
Has own transport to travel across Goa
Team player
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 48 per week
Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
