Job Description
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to own and manage our Instagram and LinkedIn presence end-to-end. The role involves content planning, execution, and brand positioning aligned with our unique township concepts across India.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and execute content strategy for Instagram & LinkedIn
• Plan monthly content calendars aligned with different township themes and concepts
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams for creatives, reels, and campaigns
• Ideate innovative content formats (reels, carousels, storytelling posts, leadership content)
• Maintain brand tone across all platforms
• Track engagement, growth, and campaign performance
• Stay updated with trends and apply them to real estate storytelling
• Handle posting, scheduling, captions, hashtags, and audience engagement
Requirements
Job Expectations:
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of Instagram trends & LinkedIn branding
• Creative thinking with a strategic mindset
• Experience in real estate / lifestyle / branding preferred
• Excellent communication and content writing skills
