Job Description
We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Provis Technologies Private Limited, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, content creation, community engagement, and tracking performance metrics to enhance our online presence and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals and target audience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep the company's social media presence competitive.
Content Creation:
Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook,
Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Produce a variety of content formats, including posts, images, videos, infographics, and blog posts, that showcase our IT services/products and expertise.
Community Engagement:
Build and maintain a strong online community by actively engaging with followers and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Foster conversations, answer questions, and address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote product launches, webinars, events, and other key initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies as needed, and track KPIs to measure success.
Social Media Advertising:
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and creative development.
Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and audience segmentation.
Analytics and Reporting:
Use analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance metrics.
Generate regular reports to measure the impact of social media efforts and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager in the IT industry or a similar role.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of IT products and services.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of social media advertising and SEO principles.
Ability to stay current with emerging social media trends and technologies.
