Strategy Development Develop and implement social media strategies that align with overall marketing and business objectives. Ensure brand voice, values, and visual identity are consistently reflected across all social media platforms. Identify trends, tools, and technologies that enhance our digital presence and competitive positioning. 2. Content Creation & Management Plan, create, and manage engaging and high-quality content including graphics, videos, reels, and copy for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and others. Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop visually appealing assets. 3. Campaigns & Paid Advertising Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and giveaways to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Manage paid advertising across social media platforms, including budget allocation, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance optimization. Track and report on ROI of paid campaigns and provide actionable insights. 4. Community Engagement Foster a positive and active online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Monitor conversations around the brand and relevant topics to manage brand reputation and encourage user participation. Identify and engage with influencers or brand advocates to enhance community outreach. 5. Analytics & Reporting Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, follower growth, click-through rates, and conversion metrics. Use tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, and third-party platforms to generate monthly performance reports. Evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve future results. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, PR, design, sales, and product teams to ensure brand messaging is aligned across all touchpoints. Support broader marketing campaigns with social media initiatives. Provide insights from social media trends and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
