Job Summary: We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing our online presence, driving brand awareness, and converting followers into loyal customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals Create, curate, and publish high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or native analytics Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, platform updates, and best practices in social media Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner Manage and grow influencer and partnership relationships Plan and execute paid social media campaigns Monitor competitors and provide insights on social media trends and strategies Client coordination Requirements: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to develop creative and visually compelling content Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar Strong organizational and multitasking skills Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising is a plus Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred Nice to Have: Experience with video content creation (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) Photography and graphic design skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Experience: Social media management: 3 years (Required) Client Servicing: 1 year (Required) Total: 3 years (Required) Social media marketing: 3 years (Required) Social media strategy: 3 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required) Work Location: In person
