The Content Krafters is a creative marketing agency based in Mumbai, specializing in the Food & Beverage (F&B) and Hospitality industry. We work closely with restaurants, cafés, luxury hotels, and resorts to build memorable digital experiences through storytelling, strategy, and visual content.
Job Overview:
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content, trends, and the F&B space. If you’re someone who can turn great food, ambience, and experiences into scroll-stopping content – we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies for F&B and hospitality brands
Plan monthly content calendars, reels, campaigns, and influencer activities
Oversee daily posting, engagement, and performance tracking across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Collaborate with the design, video, and content team to bring brand stories to life
Analyze insights and analytics to optimize growth and engagement
Lead and manage junior team members, interns, or freelancers
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and creative formats
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of social media management experience (agency or F&B brand experience preferred)
Strong written and spoken English skills
Excellent understanding of Instagram and other major platforms
Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Canva, etc.)
Creative thinker with a flair for content, food, and hospitality
Team player with leadership capabilities
Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)
Office Location: Malad West, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10 AM – 6:30 PM)
